My wife was beside herself and I was very concerned as well. I drove to your Route 206, Flanders Office, and met with a young man named Jesse. After telling him of my dilemma, he immediately reacted and followed me to my home to observe the extent of the problem. He found the problem and treated it. I thought his handling of this matter was extremely professional and showed that he knows the meaning of the words “customer service.” He certainly represents your company in the best possible manner and you should be proud of his work ethic. I am sure I will be calling Cavanaugh’s again as a result of this very positive experience.

On Thursday, November 14th, a food safety and quality audit was performed on our facility. As you are well aware, this audit includes a detailed inspection of our pest control program. The auditor remarked on the pest control service performed by Cavanaugh’s saying how organized, detailed, and professional the Cavanaugh’s organization conducts business. And as a result, it allowed us to receive a passing grade of 91.4. Thank you for your diligent efforts in assisting us in becoming a major player in the market.

I sold my property and am now settled in my new home. As I pause and reflect, I feel thankful to the people who came to my aid and made special effort when I needed them. Thus, leading to the successful sale of my property. When I found a willing buyer who needed the termite inspection report, you came to my aid. I got the report and the termite repairs were done very speedily. I really appreciate the extra effort. You sent two workmen to my house to do the repairs (reasonably priced also). I consider one of them a craftsman and one of them a learner. They worked together nicely. I say craftsman because he did not just slap things together. I admire people who take pride in their work and put in that little extra. I wish I could remember their names. Everyone from Cavanaughs, in whatever capacity, has been cheerful, professional, and courteous when coming to my premises. That also goes for the people who work in your office.
